Description(E)-2-Glucosyl-3,4',5-trihydroxystilbene belongs to the class of organic compounds known as stilbene glycosides. Stilbene glycosides are compounds structurally characterized by the presence of a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the stilbene skeleton (E)-2-Glucosyl-3,4',5-trihydroxystilbene has been detected, but not quantified in, alcoholic beverages. This could make (e)-2-glucosyl-3,4',5-trihydroxystilbene a potential biomarker for the consumption of these foods. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (E)-2-Glucosyl-3,4',5-trihydroxystilbene.
