Metabolite Identification
Common NameIsorhamnetin 3-O-[4-Hydroxy-E-cinnamoyl-(->6)-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1->2)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside]
DescriptionIsorhamnetin 3-O-[4-Hydroxy-E-cinnamoyl-(->6)-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1->2)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside] belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Isorhamnetin 3-O-[4-Hydroxy-E-cinnamoyl-(->6)-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1->2)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside] has been detected, but not quantified in, fats and oils. This could make isorhamnetin 3-O-[4-hydroxy-e-cinnamoyl-(->6)-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1->2)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside] a potential biomarker for the consumption of these foods. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Isorhamnetin 3-O-[4-Hydroxy-E-cinnamoyl-(->6)-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1->2)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside].
