Description | 4,8-Methano-8aH-bisbenzofuro[3,2-e:2',3'-g]isoquinoline-1,8a-diol,7-(cyclopropylmethyl)-5,6,7,8,9,14b-hexahydro-, (4bS,8R,8aS,14bR)- belongs to the class of organic compounds known as morphinans. These are polycyclic compounds with a four-ring skeleton with three condensed six-member rings forming a partially hydrogenated phenanthrene moiety, one of which is aromatic while the two others are alicyclic. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 4,8-Methano-8aH-bisbenzofuro[3,2-e:2',3'-g]isoquinoline-1,8a-diol,7-(cyclopropylmethyl)-5,6,7,8,9,14b-hexahydro-, (4bS,8R,8aS,14bR)-. This compound has been identified in human blood as reported by (PMID: 31557052 ). 4,8-methano-8ah-bisbenzofuro[3,2-e:2',3'-g]isoquinoline-1,8a-diol,7-(cyclopropylmethyl)-5,6,7,8,9,14b-hexahydro-, (4bs,8r,8as,14br)- is not a naturally occurring metabolite and is only found in those individuals exposed to this compound or its derivatives. Technically 4,8-Methano-8aH-bisbenzofuro[3,2-e:2',3'-g]isoquinoline-1,8a-diol,7-(cyclopropylmethyl)-5,6,7,8,9,14b-hexahydro-, (4bS,8R,8aS,14bR)- is part of the human exposome. The exposome can be defined as the collection of all the exposures of an individual in a lifetime and how those exposures relate to health. An individual's exposure begins before birth and includes insults from environmental and occupational sources. |
