These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. Gladiatoside B1 has been detected, but not quantified in, pulses. This could make gladiatoside B1 a potential biomarker for the consumption of these foods. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Gladiatoside B1. |
